This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies YUI s.r.o. uses on yui.sk and its subdomains (the "Site"), why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.

Our analytics solution is hosted within the EU, processes IP addresses in anonymised form only, and does not share data with third-party advertising networks.
Marketing and Tracking Cookies
We do not currently use cookies for advertising or retargeting. We do not place cookies that track you across third-party websites.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some pages of the Site may embed content from third-party services (for example, embedded videos or maps). These third parties may set their own cookies when you load such content. We have no control over third-party cookies and recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the relevant third parties. We limit the use of third-party embeds where possible and do not embed social media tracking widgets.
4. Legal Basis for Cookie Use
- Strictly necessary cookies — processed on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing a functional and secure website. Your consent is not required.
- Functional cookies — processed on the basis of our legitimate interests. Where we consider these to go beyond what is strictly necessary we will ask for your consent.

Cookie Banner
When you first visit the Site you will be shown a cookie banner where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page.

Opt-Out of Analytics
If you have consented to analytics cookies you may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings panel. Alternatively, if our analytics provider offers a browser opt-out plugin, you may use that to prevent analytics tracking across all sites using that service.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing not be tracked. There is currently no binding legal standard for how websites must respond to DNT signals. We honour DNT signals for analytics purposes: if your browser sends a DNT signal, we will not load analytics cookies for your session.

Our Site and services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through cookies or any other means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material we will notify you via the cookie consent banner on your next visit.
